Why Should I Take Law Preview

How Do I Know if Law Preview is Right for Me?
Whether you are entering a T14 law school on a full-ride or just got in off the waitlist at a lower-ranked school, you applied to law school to provide yourself with more options upon graduation.
Are There Prerequisites for Enrollment?
There are no prerequisites to attend Law Preview. Most of our students take our program after they have been admitted to law school, during the summer before they begin classes.
What Challenges Will Law Preview Prepare Me?
In addition to mastering case law analysis, case briefing, outlining and exam-writing, our students walk into law school with a foundational understanding of their core 1L classes taught by some of the best legal minds in the country.
Is There Homework?
Yes. Just like law school, you’ll have pre-assigned readings to complete before beginning each lecture. You can download the syllabus here.
Do I Really Need to Brief All My Cases?
Yes, we will review the case briefing process and provide a template for you to use.

For students who are visually impaired, we will provide written materials in a digital format that works with screen reader software. For students who are hearing impaired, all lectures have closed captioning available. How Long Will I Have Access to the On-Demand Course?
All students who register in 2026 will have access to the course through May 31, 2027. If you enrolled in 2025, your access is valid through May 31, 2026.
